Production is organized by areas of expertise (strategy, creativity, development, project management) with a technical manager at the head. You will interact across the agency departments and work alongside the sales, communications, and HR teams.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress of projects through periodic meetings with production teams to ensure performance and quality targets are met;
  • Realize and deliver value to the customer, driving productivity and increasing efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Support sales during the acquisition phase of new projects by assessing their risks, feasibility, opportunities, and quotations, making direct contact with customers;
  • Manage and streamline flows, processes and tools to support production, teams and customers;
  • Support progress with weekly planning and identify solutions to meet workloads (hiring requests, external collaborations with freelancers and companies);
  • Work with management to develop the business strategy;
  • Manage year-end evaluation interviews with Head Of, in collaboration with HR Manager.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing digital teams and projects with excellent knowledge and mastery of key areas such as digital strategy, UX/UI design, site production, web app and ecommerce;
  • Flexibility, with the ability to handle changes in priorities, demands and deadlines as needed and the client in question;
  • Propensity to take responsibility and risk;
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills (both written and oral);
  • Solid knowledge of project and process management;
  • Aptitude for problem-solving;
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
