You’ll work in the Strategy and UX team and will be involved in projects with important brands where you’ll have the chance to design/prototype the user experience.

You’ll work closely with the Digital Strategist and UI Designers to create memorable, user-friendly experiences.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You’ll work closely with clients, choosing suitable activities to involve them in (workshops, design thinking methodologies) with the aim of understanding the project objectives and defining the business requirements, arguing, when necessary, the choices regarding interface design;
  • You’ll translate complex technical requirements into intuitive design solutions and be able to effectively communicate rationales and advise the client on the best solutions - also based on industry best practices;
  • You’ll conduct research and market benchmarking activities, chosen according to the type of project, to better understand the end-user and provide evidence for the realisation of the new design concept;
  • You’ll carry out detailed heuristic analyses, usability tests, analysis and user interviews;
  • You’ll create IA diagrams, wireframes and prototypes for sites, e-commerce or apps;
  • You’ll maintain and organise work files, produce technical documentation to support UI and DEV for design implementation;
  • You’ll be able to effectively present results to stakeholders with different backgrounds and seniority;
  • You’ll promote UX knowledge within the agency and collaborate effectively with extended teams.

Skills and qualifications:

  • +4 years of experience as UX Designer;
  • Knowledge of the UX discipline and a solid understanding of all relevant methodologies, such as persona creation, consumer journeys, heuristic analysis, blueprints, benchmarking, stakeholder/user interviews, card sorting, wireframes, usability testing etc;
  • Ability to create tailor-made navigation experiences by processing data and user needs (quantitative and qualitative analysis);
  • In-depth knowledge of Figma, Sketch or XD for the creation of navigable wireframes;
  • Knowledge of user testing methods and tools;
  • Excellent ability to present the design choices made in the subsequent design phases;
  • Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English;
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, relate to other figures and interact for specific tasks.
