The request
Napapijri asked us to showcase the launch of the Tier 1 FW24 collection—which featured both premium and secondary pieces—by helping the team position the products as exclusive, boost brand consideration and streamline the purchase experience.
The project
Following a workshop with stakeholders, we defined a three-phase digital strategy to strengthen Napapijri’s premium positioning. A restricted-access landing page offered early access to the pieces, creating exclusivity and generating qualified leads. The page then became the heart of the official launch, enriched with editorial content, purchase modules, and standout testimonials from Lennon Gallagher and Patsy Kensit. Finally, the storytelling was extended across multiple digital touchpoints—from the homepage to newsletters—amplifying engagement.
The results
The exclusive preview strengthened Napapijri’s premium perception, increased time spent on the site, and enhanced the purchase price of the items. The landing page, later transformed into the centrepiece of the official launch, combined editorial storytelling with conversion modules. Content distributed across various digital channels generated anticipation and engagement, making the FW24 collection an exclusive launch and positioning the brand as inspirational in the world of outdoor fashion.
