The request
Design, develop and launch an online competition for a global leader in shipping and logistics services with the dual objective of increasing brand awareness and generating new leads.
The challenge
The most challenging aspect was to create an engaging user experience, characterized by a simple and intuitive interface that reflected the values and identity of the brand. The project was a game experience that involved registration via forms. The contest had two levels of participation: an instant win where participants could immediately win a prize and a final prize draw reserved for users with VAT registration who had made at least one shipment in the month of the initiative.
The insight
The success of a competition is closely linked to the degree of user involvement. Immersing ourselves in the perspective of the latter from the very beginning helped us to design and implement all the game flows and user journey. The contest combined attractive game elements and prizes to create an interactive and engaging experience for both repeat customers and prospects.


The outcome
In just two months we have defined different user journey flows and case studies, from login to registration via the form, up to participation in the final draw. We designed the interface and developed all the creative aspects of the game, complete with graphics and animations. We also took care of optimizing the content on the different screens and developing the game mechanics, backend structure and database for collecting data entered by users.
