The request
The North Face asked us to create an engaging and clear way to present their catalogue of tents and sleeping bags, guiding users in choosing the product best suited to their needs.
The project
We analysed user needs and identified common variables of interest, designing a progressive exploration that guides users to their ideal product. The textual information gathered on the products was transformed into a clear and intuitive interactive journey, consistent with The North Face's visual identity—combining functionality with aesthetic consistency.
The results
The Tent Guide has made browsing the catalogue an interactive, intuitive experience that is visually consistent with the brand. Users can filter products in a simple, progressive way, selecting the ideal tent or sleeping bag and the intended use (camping, trekking, mountaineering). A mountain-shaped Cartesian plane guides the shopping journey, showing the features and benefits of each item via pop-ups, making product comparison clear and immediate. The landing page is modular and easily updatable, ready to host new products without compromising the experience.
