The request

Zooexpert chose us to create a smooth, functional online shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values and builds a genuine connection with animal lovers.

The challenge

We guided Zooexpert through a rebranding and e-commerce redesign journey that redefined how the brand appears and communicates online without losing its identity. With over 6,000 products on offer, we rebuilt the user experience from scratch, starting with a new information architecture and a clean, straightforward UI. Custom filters, an intuitive purchase funnel and strategic use of colour help users find what they’re looking for faster and enjoy a simpler, clearer shopping experience.

The outcome

We redesigned Zooexpert’s brand identity with clean lines, distinctive colours and a new logo that balances modernity with recognisability. The online shop was rebuilt from the ground up with a UX/UI approach that simplifies every step of the purchasing journey: light interfaces, clean layouts and a clear visual hierarchy that highlights categories and calls to action to guide users naturally. Migrating from Prestashop to Shopify made the ecosystem faster, more scalable and better-performing. The result? A project that combines strategy, design and technology to deliver a smoother, more intuitive, and user-focused e-commerce experience that’s ready to grow alongside the brand.
