The request
Redesign the Italian lottery games giant's new Giochinumerici website, which has been operating in the entertainment games market for more than 70 years.
The challenge
The popular Sisal lottery gaming website needed a mobile-first redesign to keep up with new consumer habits. The challenge was to develop an engaging design while managing text and illustrations to make the site even clearer and easier to navigate.
The insight
We approached the project with a mobile-first perspective in order to engage younger audiences and solve the issue of the transition to mobile-first indexing that occurred in March 2021.
The solution
We conducted an extensive multi-phase UX analysis to develop a solution aligned with both user needs and company requirements. The design process then continued with a complete overhaul of the graphical interface, starting from the mobile user experience. The new design was meticulously crafted to ensure a seamless browsing experience across various devices.
