Playground is looking for an Account Manager to manage, develop and maintain some of the agency’s clients.

[ Full-time ]

Overview

It’s essential that you have a combination of mediation, relational, strategic and analytical skills.

You will cultivate relations with assigned clients to maintain stable and long-lasting connections. You’ll understand how their needs evolve overtime and will proactively propose solutions to help them achieve their objectives.

Main responsabilities

Developing and maintaining key relationships: You will have a deep understanding of clients’ needs and assure that our solutions meet their expectations. You will be a point of reference in case of client escalation or issues with our team

Managing the client portfolio: You will constantly monitor performance and identify opportunities to expand our presence within assigned client companies. You will support our clients in the analysis of their commercial calendar and in the forecasting of activities which we will be involved in

Contract negotiation: You will be involved in negotiating contracts with clients. You will guarantee advantageous conditions for both parties, balancing clients’ needs with the company’s goals

Effective communication: You will develop and maintain clear and open communication with clients. You will be the main point of contact, guaranteeing that all the information is transmitted in a timely and effective manner

Problem-solving: You will address and resolve any issues or challenges that might emerge, both client-side and within the agency. Your ability to solve problems in a fast and efficient manner will be crucial

Internal collaboration: You will collaborate with various stakeholders/departments internally, such as HR and R&D, Operations, PMO and Legal to guarantee optimal performance of activities: new requests from clients, forecasting and planning workloads, staffing, substituting personnel and building new teams for new clients

Analysis and reporting: You will conduct periodic performance analysis and client activity forecasts and keep the monitoring dashboard updated and shared with relevant stakeholders and management. This data will be fundamental for evaluating the success of strategies and identifying areas for improvement

Maintaining industry knowledge: You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor developments. This knowledge will help you suggest proactive initiatives and adapt your account management strategy

Skills and qualification

At least 5 years experience managing commercial clients in a digital agency

Academic background preferably in business and management or marketing and communication

Results oriented with strong problem-solving skills

In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape and industry trends

Excellent mediation, communication, analytical and synthesis skills

English fluency, at least B2/C1

About us

We design and create digital experiences and content such as websites, web platforms, e-commerce, DEM campaigns, online contests, casual games, content for campaigns and motion graphic videos.

We take care of the whole production cycle, from strategy to UX design, from UI implementation to web development.
