Collecting and analysing client briefs alongside the account and strategy team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of communication objectives and needs.

Gathering internal and external communication needs of Playground from key figures (Operations, Sales, HR, Head of).

Designing content and communication plans for all digital channels, including social media, websites, emails, and online advertising.

Creating persuasive and engaging content with the support of graphic designers and video makers.

Adapting tone and writing style according to brand, channel, target audience, and communication objective while maintaining consistency and cohesion in communication.

Developing effective communication strategies to promote the company and attract top talents.

Writing corporate and institutional communications, including annual reports, internal communications, and company documentation, ensuring all produced content respects company values, style, and mission.

Assisting in scriptwriting for a serialised podcast and narrative scripts for video games.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communication, marketing, or related fields.

Italian: native proficiency; English: B2 – C1.

Proven experience in creating content for corporate and institutional communication and in creative writing.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to adapt tone and writing style according to audience and communication objective.

Creativity and innovation in proposing communication ideas and concepts.

Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
